– To make a reservation, please visit our website and select your desired property. A valid debit / credit card is required for booking. Cleaning service fees may apply.
Reservation Confirmation:
– Reservation is confirmed once you receive the booking confirmation email or notification
– We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations without any liability to either party but will do our best to resolve any issues before doing this.
Total Payment:
– Total payment includes the cost of your stay, cleaning fees, and any applicable service fees. Please review each listing for specific payment details.
Cancellation and Refunds:
– Benefit from our free cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel your reservation up to five days before check-in. After this we retain 50% of the reservation up to the day of check-in and receive a partial refund for the day of check-in. Please note that a cleaning fee applies to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for your stay.
Check-In and Check-Out:
– Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, allowing ample time for preparation, while check-out is conveniently scheduled before 12:00 PM. Experience the convenience of self check-in with our lockbox system, providing seamless access to your accommodations at your own convenience.

Changes to Bookings:

Maximum occupancy: Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the property.
Bristol: No pets allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
No parties or events: Please refrain from hosting parties or events that may disturb other guests or neighbors.
Commercial photography allowed: You are welcome to capture beautiful memories of your stay, including commercial photography.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
Additional rules: To ensure the safety and security of our property, we kindly ask that you close all windows, ensure the front door is securely closed, replace the key in the lockbox, and scramble the code when leaving the apartment.

– Mi Casa Su Casa is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while on the premises.
– It is the guest’s responsibility to secure their personal belongings and valuables. Mi Casa Su Casa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.
– Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Any illegal activities or disturbances caused by guests may result in immediate eviction without refund.
– Mi Casa Su Casa is not responsible for any disruptions to utilities or services (such as internet, electricity, or water) that are beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues promptly.
– The use of amenities, such as swimming pools, fitness centers, or recreational facilities, is at the guest’s own risk. Guests should follow any posted rules and guidelines and exercise caution while using these facilities.
– Guests are advised to secure travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect their stay.
– Mi Casa Su Casa reserves the right to access the property at reasonable times for maintenance, repairs, or inspections.
Termination of Agreement:
– Mi Casa Su Casa reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.

– Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay at Mi Casa Su Casa will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Force Majeure:
– Both parties are released from liability or obligation in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control such as natural disasters of goverment actions.
